Hello,

In out Multitenant environment we have groups of users with one domainname and another group with another domainname as there primary SMTP address.

However, we would like to make it possible that either of these users sends out messages with one global domainname, instead of there own domainname.

For example, there is a user with e-mail address johndoe@ittalented.nl and another user with e-mail addres sarawhitely@ittalented.de. When the send you an e-mail, you would see johndoe@ittalented.com and sarawhitely@ittalented.com.

The mailboxes are on an Exchange server. The Exchange Edge role kan accomplish this task. However, this role cannot be installed on the server with the Mailbox role. We do not have the budget to install another Exchange server with the Edge role.

Is it possible to add a functionality to Xeams to rewrite the header of an outgoing e-mail?

Best regards,

Gerdo Lansing

I was hoping that there was an update on this feature request?
I have several domains, and depending whom I'm contacting/for what purpose (subject) I'd like to ensure that my e-mail is coming from a specific one.
This can be done with some added complexity on my side, but seeing as I'm already routing out a Xeams filter server, I was hoping to see this function here.
