Hi,  an update was applied during the nignt, this morning my service was down and even after a restart, the web page is blank.

Looks like something went wrong during update. What files do you see in C:\Xeams\patches folder. If you see either Xeams.jar or webfront.zip, what are their sizes?

In any case, try the following steps to fix the problem:

• Download NewPageHeader.jsp file from this here
• Save it into C:\Xeams\webfront\webapps\ROOT folder
• Refresh your browser
• Once its up, visit http://xeams.com/ManuallyPatching.htm and patch Xeams again

I see the file Xeams.jar size 17153ko

Webfront.zip is absent

and i see 3 other files, patcher.jar 136 ko, profile_99.xml 8 ko and synametricsCommon.jar 2 ko.

Hi have download the file NewPageHeader.jsp and saved it into C:\seams\webfront\webapps\root and refresh my browser.  I'm still having a blank page

Do you still want me to patch xeams manually ?

Make a backup of $INSTALL_DIR\lib\Xeams.jar and copy this file from patches to lib. See if that works. Delete SynametricsCommon.jar from the patches folder

Did I had to restart the Xeams service at any moment during the above instructions.  Because I did not restart the service yet.

I had this same issue this morning, and followed what was mentioned in this post, as well as the other post this morning.

I resolved the blank page issue by following the instructons here : http://www.xeams.com/manuallypatching.htm

after copying the files over to $INSTALL_DIR/patches and entering the restart URL, im up and running.

Hi, finaly i wrote to support, they call me, got into my system by remote and fix the issue.

So if your having an issue, do not hesitate to write to support or call them.

It is much faster.
