Hi all, we're using Xeams mail server version 5.0, build 5832. Since the last upgrade I cannot access anything but the the registration page. The problem is that the mail server runs in a restricted network (local mail only) and it doesn't have Internet access. I registered the product at http://www.synametrics.com/SynametricsWebApp/Download.do and now I have a serial number. Is there any other way I can register Xeams ? My mail server is pretty useless now, I can't configure anything. Thanks, Sotiris |

Dear Sotiris, Build 5832 is very old. I'd recommending upgrading Xeams to the latest build. If you cannot upgrade from the web interface, visit http://www.xeams.com/manuallypatching.htm . Once files are copied, open the web interface, login as admin and change the URL in the browser to read localhost:5272/FrontController?operation=restart . This will restart Xeams and once done, it should be the latest build. Please contact our support department via email (support@synametrics.com) if you are not able to upgrade or run into any other problems. |

Thanks a lot for your help. Instructions were clear and upgrade procedure run smoothly. Now server's build is 5924 and the product is registered. Thanks again for an excellent product and support !
