I have a problem where its using 2 licenses per user by creating a second entry in the use list. it says it can be fixed by creating associations however the automatically created one has the same email address as the previous one.
thoughts on the issue? its forcing me to delete and recreate the same entries over and over to maintain the proper license count. |
