If the xeams is running at OPENVZ VPS,most of the providers have limitation for outgoing smtp connections. If i am restoring 100 emails,maybe maybe it will go up to 30~50 connection at a time,then the system will detected as spam behavier and suspends the vps.

Is it possible to limit outgoing smtp connection to be 15~20 max

There is no way to limit out-bound messages - at least not in the current version. They will get sent right away.

How often do you have to restore these messages? Did they get incorrectly blocked by Xeams?

What i mean it is running as antispam gateway at the vps. Sometimes the final mail server is offline for a day due to something,then you need to restore all mails from the gateway. Such as you need to restore 200 mails,then the xeams maybe have 50+ connections to the final server at a time,the vps provider system may detected as batch spam sending behavier and have you vps suspended.

in this case,you need to submit a ticket and ask vps provider to unsuspend your vps,sometimes these providers are 24 hours online,then you need to wait......maybe several hours......then no one can send me mails due to antispam gateway offline! So i think there should be a function to set the outgoing delivery thread.
