I wander about «User Filters» functionality that is available for admin user to create for other users. But is that possible for regular user to crate such filters. For example if one regular user want to create filter that will move message to particular folder based on string in body or topic?

The current version of Xeams only allow administrators to create these rules. Most email clients, such as Thunderbird allow you to move emails between folders by applying filtering. Are you able to use that at user level?
