Hello everybody, I have Xeams for QNAP and yesterday it has upgraded to version 6.4 build 5997

After this upgrade when I try to open admin console (Myhost:5272) and only appear a white page, the engine is still working because my mail is ok and I can connect user form mail client

but I can't login in admin console!!

I have try to stop and restart app, use different browser and stop and restar NAS but the problem still persist.

Please anyone could help me.

I'm sorry but i'm confused in automatic mail send from my the xeams there is a page with version 6.4 build 5987 but in the object of that mail there is:

"Xeams has been updated to version 5.3 build 5863"

Please could anyone help me.

Admin consol still not function.... only white page

It is likely something went wrong during upgrade. Try patching it again using the method described on http://xeams.com/ManuallyPatching.htm . Use the following method to restart Xeams:

• Open an SSH terminal to QNAP
• Ensure Xeams.jar and webfront.zip is copied in to the patches folder as described in the article
• Run the following command:
  wget http://localhost:5272/FrontController?operation=restart

If this does not work, extract webfront.zip into a TEMP folder and copy *.jsp to /share/CACHE_DEV1/.qpkg/Xeams/webfront/webapps/ROOT folder.
