Hi all,

I've installed my email server and configured as best as I can including DKIM and DMARC.

Still, every time I send and email to my friends, using outlook, the email end up in their junk folder.

Is there a list of instructions to assist improving Xeams configuration to sort out this issue?

Try two things:

  1. Run Diagnostic Test - Outbound under Tools and confirm you don't have errors. 
  2. Visit http://xeams.com/validation.htm and send a test email

Outbound Email Diagnostics > ALL PASSED

 

validate.server@synametrics.com > +A ALL PASSED (apart from block pot 25)
