Hi,

I have a problem with my xeams mail server, it is running of a virtual machine with Windows 7 64bit, 4 cores 3ghz and 3,5gb of ram assigned to it, there is nothing else on the machine except the system and xeams. I have a clamav vm that is set to scan the messages, I use active directory integration and clients such us rainloop for web client, outlook for pc access and outlook for mobile. I installed the hybrid Xeams installation and when I receive emails from someone they duplicate even up to 10 or more copies of the email happening randomly, sometimes its only 2 copies, sometimes its 10, sometimes 15. I have checked the inbound diagnostics and it shows me all as passed. I am using standard encrypted ports. Can you guys maybe help me to get to the bottom of this? What might be wrong with my mail server installation?

What helped was writing localhost in the forwarded to box here

I apologize for not replying to this post earlier.

DO NOT put "localhost" in that box. You should put the IP address of the machine that receives emails after Xeams. Putting "localhost" will definitely create a loop.

Another thing you have to confirm is that "Asynchronous" box is checked for both SMTP Server and SMTP Proxy Server.
