I set the Max Score For Reports to be 800,then i send a spam to the account,it is 300.

Then i click Report,but get no Summary Email Report. I check xeams.log,found below

How big is the gap between the two lines in terms of time? If they are fairly close to each other, the first ERROR is coming into play. The phrase "Unable to fetch URL: . no protocol" means that Xeams is expecting a URL but the protocol part is missing. For example: a valid URL should be like:

https://yourserver.com/

However, if just type yourserver.com without the starting https:// that is considered an invalid URL.

I recommend you contact our support via email and send us the every log.
