hello,

 

I deleted the ip addresses that the admin is allowed to log in from.. please help me log into admin account again.

Use the following method to login:

  • Following steps assume you're running Xeams on Windows. If it is Linux, simply change the path according to Linux file name conventions.
  • Stop Xeams service
  • Go to the machine where Xeams is running
  • Go to the installation folder, which should be C:\Windows
  • Go to "config" sub-folder
  • Edit admins.xml file in any editor. I recommend backing up this file in case you need to rollback.
  • Change the value of allowedIPs parameter to blank
  • Save the file and restart Xeams
