Xeams needs Internet connection for registration to complete. If your QNAP is not connected to the Internet, it won't be able to complete the registration. Please contact our support department and send them your AppConfig.xml, which should be located in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/config folder. We can insert a serial number in this file and send it back to you.
