I solved the problems. In the router the port 25 was "block"

- i used free dns (https://freedns.afraid.org/) for my domains

- And the problem with "spamhaus" was solved with a "smart host" (https://www.socketlabs.com/). and configure it in Xeams 

- In the router I open ther ports 25, 110 and 587
