Yes, I am talking about quarantined spam messages. We have quarantine reports enabled for users. Our users can only see, both through the report and by accessing the Xeams web interface, the quarantined messages received. However, messages sent by them to other recipients, when blocked because they fall under a rule, are not displayed. In such cases, they have no visibility that the message has been retained in Xeams. We, administrators, always need to verify that the messages they sent passed through the antispam without problems or were retained. If the report also included the messages sent, our problems would be reduced. Does the report also display sent messages that have been quarantined? Or just received messages?
