Messages in the user repository get marked as deleted. They are not deleted until the inbox is purged. Use the following steps to purge:
- Log in as admin to the web interface
- Click Home. This will change the URL in your browser to
...operation=60
- Manually change the URL to
...operation=210
- Select the desired user from the Drop Down list and click Display
- Click Purge for the desired folder
