| How do we set the preferred URL correctly so that the Summary Email Reports show up correctly? On our test server, we have a service running on port 443 and Xeams running on port 5273. When we request a Summary Email Report for a user, Xeams sends an broken HTML text version of the page hosted on 443 instead of the expected summary report. | |

The "Preferred URL" acts as the default value for URL in quarantine report. If you create users before specifying the "Preferred URL", these newly created users will get the IP address of your server instead of a host name. Go to Manage Users and try editing a user who is getting the incorrect URL. Then, fix the value for Server's Host Name. |
