What could be more rude than abusing inbox trust from solicited email? How about we draw a line in the sand and MTA reject email from addresses not accepting replies? Moreso than explicit no-reply aliases.
No reply possible? No thanks, no inbox for you |

Xeams comes with several custom filters. One of them is called "Missing SPF", which checks for SPF and DMARC settings for the sender. It checks if the sender's IP is among the servers that receive messages for sender's domain. A score is applied if this test fails. By the way, you could certainly block senders that have "no-reply" address. However, this practice is used by many legitimate companies to send alerts. I am not sure if it would be a good idea to paint all of these examples with a broad brush. |
