Not really.  It's not the user's report that is missing - it's the Administrator's daily summary.

Since it's a relay server for "no-reply" type of emails, we don't have user reports enabled.  But the administrator should still get a recap of the day's activity.  Like I indicated above, it used to work - and for some reason one day it just stopped sending the administrator's report.
