And there's nothing in any of the log files indicating the report was even generated... and there's nothing in the Outbound queue. 

I have another server running the same version of Xeams (the current one, that was hit with the Asynchronous bug) and I get daily reports no problem.. and I can see them being generated and sent in the log.

The server that's working is a Windows server, the one that's not is an Ubuntu server.  Are there some permissions that need to be set on specific directories to allow the generation of the report?
