Martin,
There are two kind of users in Xeams:
- Inherited from AD - the user ID for these users are NOT email address but your Windows User ID
- Local to Xeams - these are not associated with AD and are typically identified by their full email address.
Which one are you using? If they are local, make sure to use the full email address.
