I am having the same issue. I found this thread and found no resolution so it still seems to be open.

 

I have AD integration turned on - all users import without fail. No errors in logs and NOT ONE user can login. I have tried all combinations as well. I have started a support ticket and have not received a call back at this point.

 

I need this resolved asap please respond.
