Hello!

It was problem after update to version 5.9, build 5934 with Outbound queue. When I go to Message Repository - Outbound queue: Outbound queue is empty. But there are some *.eml files in $INSTALLDIR/OutboundMailQueue folder. And Diagnostic Check shows that "There are 2 message(s) in the outbound queue".  What wrong with it?

Xeams installed on Ubuntu 16.04.
