We have not tested Xeams with GrayLog and therefore, are not sure how that works. Having said that, what do you mean by "Remote Logging"? If your goal is to view logs from a remote machine, you can certainly do that from the web interface of Xeams. Check Live Logs under Tools menu. This option will allow you to view the logs as data is written to the files.
