Replying to a message from: Synametrics Support

The logs show two emails. The LCID for the first one is 40020 and the second one is 40019. The connection from IP 1.2.3.4 did not send any email. It connected and then disconnected right away. 40019 started earlier and does not show the connection IP. Which email are you referring to?

I assume you're referring to 40019. Try searching for 40019 and select Message ID in the Search Field
