Global and User repositories work independently. Deleting a message from user's repository does not affect the global repository. There are two ways to delete messages from the global repository:
- Number of retention days expire and Xeams will delete the messages
- An administrator who has access to the disk removes the *.eml file from the disk
The only way to delete messages from User's repository is:
- Through an IMAP or POP3 server
- An administrator having access to the disk removes the user's account from $INSTALL_DIR\UserRepository folder
