Replying to a message from: Synametrics Support

Xeams makes a backup of your entire configuration in $INSTALL_DIR\config\archives folder. I suggest you:

  • Stop Xeams
  • Extract AppConfig.xml from the last archive that you think should work
  • Replace existing AppConfig.xml with the one from archive
  • Restart Xeams

What is the error you're getting with your cert? Is that a Let's Encrypt cert or you purchased it?
