Do you know if any other HTTP server listens on port 80? Check Xeams.log and look for errors. The file should be in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/logs folder. You would get JVM_BIND errors in the log if another HTTP server is listening on port 80.

Paste the contents of your log if that is not the case.
