Example:

Mail from IP: 211.95.40.70

Sender email: xxxx@eb.spdbccc.com.cn

SPF record: v=spf1 include:stmtspf.cupddns.com include:stmtspf.cupddns.net -all

211.95.40.70 is at the ip range: 211.95.40.64/27,but even the latest version,the SPF result is FAIL.

Checking from: https://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html SPF result should be passed. It it a big BUG
