What type of connection do you have from Comcast? Is it static or dynamic. Note that default is dynamic and Comcast will typically charge you extra for static. 

Comcast blocks port 25, which is used for email delivery if you have a dynamic IP. Please confirm with Comcast if port 25 is open both inbound and outbound.
