This feature already exists in Xeams. Here are the steps:

• Locate AppConfig.xml in $INSTALL_DIR\config folder and open it in any editor
• Search for bypassThreashold. This value should be around -5000. You can change this value if needed.
• Now add a new sender filter with a score lower than -5000
• As soon as the score for any incoming message goes below this threshold, Xeams will skip the remaining filters.

Additionally, we do NOT recommend using the FrontDoor filters. These filters remove any trace of incoming emails, so troubleshooting lost emails becomes very difficult. FrontDoor filters should only be used as a last resort when you're under attack.
