If you disable the URL sandbox, the following text is displayed:

   URL Sandbox is disabled. Do click links unless you're sure they are safe. Click here to enabled it.

I'm sure it should say:

  URL Sandbox is disabled. Do NOT click links unless you're sure they are safe. Click here to enable it.
