Hi All

I hoping someone can help me.  I have Xeams running on my Qnap, its the easiest mail server I've ever installed.  I can access mail while im inside of my Lan, or via my laptop when im outside of my Lan, so I can only assume I have set Xeams up correctly.  However, I cant use the native email client on my iPhone or Ipad.  I get, username or password error.  From what I cant see the IP is not blocked as it if was my Laptop when its outside of the Lan it would not be able to connect.  Im at a loss.

Users IDs in Xeams are typically the entire email address. I see you're using just the user part of your email. Ensure you use the entire address. Additionally, check InvalidPasswordAttempts.log under Tools/View Logs to see if an entry gets added when you try to log in from your iPhone.
