Hi all,

I've renewed my SSL certificate and now I keep getting " domain uses an unsupported protocol." ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

I have tried using Xeams SSL tool to create and also tried creating manually using certbot. Both give same outcome.

Anyone facing this issue?

Cheers

Were you using Let's encrypt cert before renewal or this is a brand new install?

What is the version of JRE? Go to About Xeams under Tools and look for java.version.

Try updating your JRE using instructions on https://web.synametrics.com/Update-JRE.htm

that's it.

I've found the hidden jre library in xeams (my os has got the latest but xeams will only use its own).

I forced updated all xeams hidden jre libraries with the ones on my os (latest) and now is working fine.

Cheers!
