Couple days ago I was trying to upgrade my Xeams from 7.2 Build 6111 to 7.4 Build 6137.

I switch the auto upgrade to off so that I can manually upgrade it.

While manually upgrading it, it was not successful and didn't show that it was 100% downloaded complete.

So I decided to do it in a later time.

Just today my coworker told me she couldn't get on to the Xeams Admin Console.

I also tried to get in but it only shows a blank white page.

But for sure I know Xeams is running as I speak because we still are receiving emails and also receiving summary email reports from Xeams.

We install Xeams on a Linux 6.4.

Please help!

Could you please try updating your JRE to see if this fixes the issue. To do this, please follow the instruction on this page.

I just updating JRE as followed. Still blank admin console page.

It is quite possible something went wrong during patching. You could manually patch Xeams by following instructions on https://www.xeams.com/ManuallyPatching.htm . If that does not work, try reaching our support department via email. We may have to do a remote screen share session to see what is happening.

This worked like a bomb!
