I removed a user and emails are still being processed for that account instead of being rejected. When I send an email to a known invalid user I get a response saying that user is unknown. When I send it to the removed user, it goes through the regular processing even though it doesn't get delivered anywhere. Does anyone have any idea why?

Are you using AD and is that where you removed the user?

Confirm the user has been removed from AD as well as Xeams.

I am using AD, I actually changed the email address and removed the references for the old address from Exchange, AD and association in the Xeams users list.
