I have run Xeams before and am having problems with the installation this time.   It appears to install fine but after registering, it stalls on a blank screen.   When I go to the default URL, I am prompted to log in which I can and view anything but whenever I try to change a setting, when I click SAVE, I'm returned to the log in prompt and the information is not saved.   When I try to view a log, I get an access denied message - but am not logged off

So, I think it's a permission problem but not sure or where it would be.   I installed it as root on Ubuntu 20.04.   Any suggestions would be appreciated.
