Hi Team,

Been a long time, hope your all well.

Well done on the latest updates.  The product is really coming together now.

Something I did want to ask (or a wish list).

1. Could we get a email processing time check.  So for e.g. when an email comes in can we get to see how long it took to process the email through the spam filters.
(We are trying to see bottlenecks in email processing time and if the process is or can be hyper threaded / distributed across cores - at the moment we have to click 'Analyse' on each email)

2. It really is time to implement some sort of search facility on the main page and not have to navigate to the search emails section message repository - like Outlooks search all from main window
We simply have to swap from page to page searching - Since the software is indexing can you not add that search bar to all pages repositories for quicker searching

3. Could we implement a system wide timer on outbound messages. Something like a 'hold emails in outbound queue for = " option.
(It would be nice to recall a message or have email sit in the outbound server queue for a designated period of time before they are processed) - A little like a batch process option.

4. An option to truly add a domain to the whitelist and not have it 'have to pass SPF' to work.  Some domains simply do not have this setup or setup correctly and are failing to come through
(Some kind of checkbox that says "Add to whitelist and ignore SPF look up failures)

I'm sure a few more things will come up :)

Otherwise great product - Thank you.

Regards,

James

James,

Thank you very much for submitting your suggestions. Comments like these help us improve our product, and we highly appreciate them. My answers below are numbered according to your original questions.

  1. This is already being done. Go to Tools/View logs and refer to Performance.log. This log will contain every message that takes more than 30 seconds to process. It also contains drilled-down numbers for every rule category.
  2. Sure. I will pass this along.
  3. Same as #2.
  4. Go to Filter Management/Sender Policy Framework and uncheck Perform SPF before whitelisting. Although this option exists, we recommend leaving it on because this won't have any effect if the SPF is missing and will prevent forgeries.
