You have two options for support:

	Yearly support contract - $799/year
	One-time support request - $249

What is a Serial Number

Every installation of Xeams is automatically assigned a serial number. You need to provide this serial number when you purchase a support contract. The easiest way to find the serial number assigned to your installation is to follow the steps below.

1. Connect to Xeam's Admin Console
2. Click About Xeams under the Tools menu
3. Serial number is shown towards the top of the page
