Important information regarding installing Xeams on Windows Vista
We recommend that you do not install Xeams in the Program Files folder. This is because Xeams creates many sub-folders in the installation folder after installation is complete. Since Program Files folder is a privileged folder, the operating system does not let any program create files in this folder unless the process is being run as the Administrator. To avoid permission issues on Windows Vista, we recommend you do install Xeams in that folder.
If for any reason, you need to install it in the Program Files folder, there is a work around. Contact our support department for further instructions.
