Is there a way Xeams can keep a copy of deleted email? Scenario: User deletes an email from their IMAP Outlook. Xeams keeps it in the repository, but it is hidden from Outlook. This email is still searchable via Xeams.

John, Emails are stored in two locations:
Therefore, you should be able to restore email from the Global Repository. Log in as 'admin', go to Message Repository, search for the desired message using the sender's email address. Once found, restore it. |

Global and User repositories work independently. Deleting a message from user's repository does not affect the global repository. There are two ways to delete messages from the global repository:
