Hi support team Hope everyone is well on your side in this period. I had been using Qnap Xeams which runs in a container. As recommended in the other posts, the Synametrics Xeams is better for installations with SSL. How do I migrate between the 2 without losing the emails? I am concerned about messing up all the emails without proper instructions. Thanks very much for any advice. KY |

Hello KY, What we recommend doing is first backup your existing Xeams. Once it's backed up, if possible, install it temporarily on a Windows machine or any other machine and try to restore your backup there. If your temporary Xeams recognizes all of the files and the emails look good, then remove the existing Xeams on your QNAP and install the package from us.
