You should associate email addresses belonging to the same user in Xeams. In other words, every address should eventually go to the same Inbox. For example, associating michael@example.com and mike@example.com should be associated with each other, but you will run into problems if you associate bob@example.com with this account.

If you have emails like sales@example.com, you should NOT associate that with Michael's account but create a Distribution List.

When you have multiple recipients associated with each other, Xeams will put every recipient in the same Inbox and pick the first available email address when forwarding them to the next hop.
