Received the following email from my server this evening and filtering did indeed stop. 

Your copy of Xeams has switched from Enterprise to Community edition. As a result, email filtering will be disabled.

The thing is, I only have 5 users in my Active User Count.  I thought if the user count was 5 or lower the product would still filter, according to the licensing page.  Ran the server configuration diagnostic check and everything passes.  Tried to Contact support via email w/in Xeams by clicking the "click here" button next to "Need Help?" under Tools->About and that errors out with the following "Unable to send email to support.  An internal error occurred.  Refer to the logs files for details" but have no idea what I would be looking for in all of them.  I'm pretty much stuck as spam flows in at this point, any help would be appreciated.

I would also recommend sending us the URL of your Xeams admin console so we can remotely check out what is wrong.

Just worked with support and within minutes the issue was pointed out that the "Enabling filtering" slider had been switched off.  I'm not sure if the license switching to community mode caused it to happen, but I will look there first if this happens again.  Can't thank support enough for the quick response and almost feel the need to apologize for overlooking something so simple.  Thank you again!
