Hi, I have installed Xeams 5.8.5925.0 on my QNAP TS-251 having QTS 4.3.3.0188 version with 8 GBRAM. It worked fine after installation, i could login through admin console and configure the server. After configure i could also login into admin console. But after recent update of container station and download station,web interface for admin console doesn't open. Please help.

Hi, Once i restart Xeams server. it doesn't connect admin console from nas or either through Public ip. please resolve.

Dear Loknath, Which QNAP package are you using? The one that comes with QNAP or you downloaded it from our site? If you downloaded the package from our site, check /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Xeams/logs/Xeams.log for errors. Contact our support team via email if you cannot find this file or it does not have any useful error message. We will have to further investigate this issue.
