Hello.
I'm trying to install XEAMS as a Spam Firewall. Do I need to run SMTP Server for this? Or only SMTP Proxy. I'm not sure what is the difference between both. Any help would be greatly appleaciated Thanks Carlos Sosa |

If all you need is to filter in-bound emails, Proxy Server will suffice. However, we strongly recommend you filter both in-bound and out-bound emails. In that case, we recommend using the regular SMTP server for both directions. Here are some useful links:
