Hi all,

 

I'm using xeams without problems for my personal mail server since 2015. I cant figure out why since las friday when i go to view all junk tab i see NOTE:Spam filtering is disabled. Every message will appear as Good

I'm not able to turn on filtering again.

Actual user count is 4 and xeams versión is 6.3 5979 on windows

Please help

This happens if your user count goes above 5. Go to About Xeams under Tools and look at the Active User Count. Click Show List to see the email addresses that are being counted toward your user count.

I'd also recommend running Diagnostic Check - Inbound under Tools to ensure your Xeams is not configured to accept emails for invalid users.

Hi,

I've checked Active User Count and is 4 and adresses are ok.

The diagnostic check is ok for inbound 

I found this on xeams logs

2018-03-23 10:33:26,178 ERROR rulesengine.y - Disabling filtering due to restricted license

But I dont understand why, I only have 4 users
