Hello. We testing your product right now and faced with problem. Some russian symbol appearead as ?? symbol. It's strange issue because in some places all symbol right. We really like your product but we need to resolve this Version 6.3 5972

Stas, I'd first like to recommend you upgrade Xeams on your end to the latest build, which is 6009. If you still run into this issue, please download the sample email, zip it into one archive and send it to us via email. Additionally, is this problem only occuring in the web interface or even in the email when viewed through Outlook/Thunderbird?
