I tried to migrate my mailaccount from my old IMAP-Server (cyrus on a linux box) to Xeams. So I added a user and tried the import wizard. All I get is "Unable to import data. STARTTLS failure", if I don't check "Use SSL" and a "Unrecognized SSL Message. Plaintext connection?" My old Server uses a Selfsigned Certificate and STARTTLS and I have no problems conncting with a Variety of Cleints (Kmail, Nina Outlook, Thunderbird). Is there any hope to get the messages from my old server to Xeams? Is there a way to copy the messages as files?
Best regards
Thomas

Don't know if it's important: I run Xeams on a TS-228 from QNAP. |

What is the exact build number you're using for Xeams? Could you send a copy of your Xeams.log to our support department right after running the migration tool. Send it to support@synametrics.com
