Blacklisted IP addresses are not related to any port. Please note that there is a difference between "Blocking" and "Blacklisting" an IP address. Blacklisting will only assign a score to an incoming email, which will eventually put the message in junk. It does not mean that every connection will be rejected from that IP address. Therefore, ports are irrelevant.
