Go to Filter Management/Adaptive Filters/Auto-Learn Sender Filter to turn it off.

May I know why you want to turn this filter off? This filter learns from what goes out and gives the outside recipient credit when they reply back.

Because this is what happened to me because of this filter: for example, someone sends spam mail by himself, then he starts throwing it to others, while sending himself, the xeams score starts to increase, then when spam starts, unfortunately the score is not enough to spam your mail.

Auto-Learn Sender Filter

I turn if off but I still see this score...

and I want to delete sender history file when I want to delete and restart Xeams sender list recreate...

I must deactivate this filter or delete sender list /xeams/config/senderhistory_000

(cereated at restart)

You could certainly delete the file. In that case, the list will start from scratch. I better option, in my opinion, is to manually edit the file and remove the unwanted entries. I assume there are probably just a handful of incorrect entries in that file. The rest of the entries are good.

Most files in the $INSTALL_DIR\config folder are in plain text, regardless of their extension. Therefore, you will be able to adjust them if needed.
